Prefer to set your exact date of birth? It stays private by default and keeps your age accurate — your account updates automatically the day you turn 18. Some current and future features (like birthday surprises) can use it too. Your full birth date is never shown publicly, even if you turn on the options below.

Profile visibility

Both are off by default. They only take effect on adult (18+) accounts — minors’ profiles never show age or birthday, even if switched on.
