Child Safety Standards

Last updated: April 8, 2026

Our Commitment

HuniWhisp is committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation on our platform. We actively work to prevent, detect, and remove such content, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

The following is strictly prohibited on HuniWhisp:

  • Any sexual content, imagery, or material involving minors
  • Solicitation or grooming of minors for sexual purposes
  • Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM in any form
  • Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children
  • Attempts to contact minors for inappropriate purposes
  • Content that promotes or normalizes abuse of children

Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on HuniWhisp. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to violate this age requirement.

Enforcement Actions

When we identify violations of these standards, we take immediate action:

  • Immediate permanent ban of the offending account
  • Content removal without notice
  • Reporting to law enforcement including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and relevant authorities
  • Preservation of evidence for law enforcement investigations
  • IP banning to prevent re-registration

Detection and Prevention

  • Automated content safety scanning that monitors text and media for patterns associated with child exploitation, grooming language, and CSAM indicators
  • User reporting tools available on all posts, messages, and profiles — reports flagged as child safety are prioritized for immediate review
  • Admin and moderator review of flagged content with escalation protocols for critical severity
  • IP-level and device-level banning to prevent re-registration by offenders
  • Age-gating enforcement at registration with ongoing monitoring for underage account indicators
  • Cooperation with law enforcement, NCMEC, the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and regional child safety organizations
  • Staff and moderators are briefed on recognizing grooming behavior, sextortion patterns, and other exploitation tactics

Reporting Concerns

If you encounter any content that may involve child exploitation or abuse:

  • Use the Report button on any post, comment, or profile within the app
  • Email us at privacy@huniwhisp.com with details
  • Report directly to NCMEC at CyberTipline.org
  • Contact your local law enforcement

Transparency

HuniWhisp is committed to transparency in our child safety efforts. We will publish periodic transparency reports disclosing: the number of CSAM reports submitted to NCMEC, the number of accounts permanently banned for child safety violations, the number of proactive detections by our automated systems, and the average response time for child safety reports. These reports will be made available on this page as the platform scales.
