A red flag I ignored for too long was a girl with a bad home life. I know that sounds bad but let me explain. I was with this girl for a few years in high school, and we lasted a good while. One thing though was we were on and off, because I found myself needing a break from her. Since she didn't receive much attention, she clung to me to the point it could be considered insanity. Couldn't talk to any other girl, constantly accuses of cheating, she vaped, smoked, drank, etc etc. Point is I broke up with her for good. And she spent no time getting with someone again. Not even mad at it because it means she's out of my hair. I gave her so many chances and every time it just never worked.
