These are important secrets about war. It's not completely about fighting. It's about control and victory. No I will not say "hail victory" in german because the nazis did not have control or victory. They tried to make that illusion and it collapsed completely. The nazis of 1940 always fought. Especially against good and honest germans. That's why the Romani germans and the Jewish germans were targeted. So that the nazis would always fight and have an enemy even though the enemy to fight that they chose was the Jewish cobbler on the corner or the Romani doctor who healed their children. To win a war you must focus on victory. That is why the Russian communists won. They put the flag of the Soviet Union over Berlin on top of the reichstag. That is victory and control. That is how you win a war. Not by constantly fighting your neighbors. You don't win war by endlessly fighting different enemy forces and nations either. You must bring them to heel. That is the control necessary for victory. The u.s. killed osama bin laden but osama bin laden did not control the Taliban in Afghanistan. So the Taliban in Afghanistan kept fighting and eventually won the war in Afghanistan agaisnt the u.s. because the control the u.s. had in Afghanistan was only a patchwork of martial powers directed by fickle warlords who just wanted the money the u.s. paid them but never cared about the interests or control the u.s. would have needed over Afghanistan. The victory is in control and the control is not possible if one is drowned in constant fighting.
