Okay so first of all, she wasn't atheist at first. we used to talk about God, our faiths, and miracles in life... then suddenly when summer was almost over and classes were coming, she suddenly became an atheist. all the information i got from her on why she became an atheist is because she realized that religion is just a "cult" and we Christians are "blind".. and that we can't even prove that our God is "real" and if our Bible is actually really as well..(she believes that the apostles (the ones who wrote the books) were illiterate and it was impossible that they could write if they didn't know how to read.) ever since she became an atheist, she began bombarding me with questions on our religious beliefs and keeps trying to debate me.. she believes that free will is bs if we can't even do what we want(since in MY religion, one of the rules is that it is forbidden to wear opposite gender's clothing -Deuteronomy 22:5 - ).. and that if God is really LOVING, then why does he allow children(women/men) to suffer and die{because of the people abusing their FREE WILL BTW} and why are their verses that tells a women that she does not have any authority against men and to not speak(1 Timothy 2:12) and verses that a father offers her daughters to the men(genesis 19:8) all of those verses has an explanation on why, you just gotta research. but in the end, i still love her as my friend. even thou she's against my faith and beliefs, i would still respect her even if she doesn't.. what should i do? i would appreciate advices on what to do.. thx! P.S i answered all her questions with all the knowledge i had and w/ respect.
