My class president last year

She never got mad at her friends. Almost never, and she doesn't act like a class president sometimes, our vice president last year I'm friends with her and in first quarter me, the vice president, and another classmates were a team and we got a question wrong, and our class president said to our vice:ang bobo naman sila, for people who dont know what bobo means it's just calling people dumb. I'm still kind of hurt by that and before we were friends but she started getting meaner towards me. I think she even lied to me mostly, we were like primary school at that time. I feel she MIGHT have this app but I hope not, and like what I said she never got mad at her friends or family or anything, one time her cousin(boy) was sliding down the wheelchair ramp railing and fell and KICKED ME IN THE FACE she was there btw, and neither of them said sorry, they just ignored me like most of my classmates do sometimes. And in our last day of school we had a farewell party, we had to say like something and an I'm sorry and an I hope and when this his turn he said he didn't have anyone to say sorry too? I mean almost no one would forget if they kicked someone in the face. Is that bullying? Idk
