I don't know what to do about school

So im a senior high schoolar and my grades are just average that's also the other thing. My friends gets higher grades then me which honestly makes me feel a certain way, but I've honestly tried to do better I just for some reason can't and now I'm starting with prelims. I hate it when people gets more marks then me especially my close friends. Can someone please give me advice on how I can do better because I'm honestly trying and plus with bad Procrastination habits I mean I mostly Procrastinat by reading books or manhwas. But yeah I need advise on how I can set myself better and not feel as though I'm In a competition with others.
