I really really wanna become a voice actor

Can someone please explain to me how does one become a voice actor? What do you do as a beginner? How do you expand your opportunities in becoming one? What can you do as a starter and will it be expensive? I really really wanna become a voice actor and it's killing me that day by day I feel like I'm drifting apart from my dreams of becoming an actor. Maybe at least in this, I can still act but through my voice. Any suggestions and offers will help, thank you in advance.
