I'm lesbian but I'm afraid my family will hate me for it, what do I do?

So I recently discovered that I'm a lesbian, like a month ago which is not a long time so my mind could still change. The only people who know is my friend and my dad, I accidentally told them once and they seem to be fine with it. I'm really worried about how my sister's might react. My youngest sister, M, is in her early 20's, if I told her she would tell me that I'm not and that I'm just confused and that I'm too young to be lesbian (I'm 15). My second oldest sister, H, is 30, if I told her she would probably never talk to me again or just tell me to stop being stupid. My oldest sister, V, is maybe 32, I think she wouldn't care or she would just tell me it's wrong and go on with her day. I don't really care what my mother thinks since I haven't talked to her in about a year but I know all of my sister's would tell her, she has told me that I'm going to hell because I told her I was gay when I was 9-10 years old. My grandma would either cry or never talk to me again and my grandpa would hate me and never talk to me. What do I do? Do I tell them now or do I wait until I'm older and fully know?
