Sudden Feeling of Everyone Hating you

I get a sudden feeling of everyone hating me and it makes me hold a grudge against them. For example, I've been typing in multiple group chats and I've been ignored multiple times especially when I'm asking a question — they just skip over what I ask and continue talking with themselves. Maybe it's just me but it really hurts my feelings.
