How can I be more spiritual?

Christians, Muslims, scroll. This isn't about you. I want to see spirits, talk to spirits, and do a bunch of mystical shit, but I don't believe in God. I believe in the spiritual world and I want to see it but I'm not even sure where to start. I've done astral projection before and I meditate, but idk what else to do. I've tried to forcefully open my third eye (I know, it's bad, but I REEEAAAALLY want to see shit 💔) so uh...any advice? Idek if it harms me. No, I can't take drugs, I do have weed though.
