Passing Through

I can't help but feel a sense of nostalgia about the past because of this particular song. It is passing though by Kaden MacKay. This song makes me feel that the future is constantly by our side. A second after this time is already the future. This song emphasizes the importance of living the present instead of dwelling about the past. But, in my case, I'm about to dwell about what's to happen in the future. It's a scary thought—the future always pushing the present aside so the present will become the past. A reason why I also want the future to wait. I want deadlines to come fashionably late. I remember describing myself as floating, like the floor doesn't exist whenever these thoughts pass through me during my times at school. I would usually walk through hallways thinking about how this moment now will be another memory later. That time felt so trippy because I felt so out of my body.
