Does she truly care?

Earlier today, when I was just 10 minutes after waking up, my brother came home from work (night shift). I kept waking up and falling back asleep over and overrrr, until I had the strength to get up and pick up my phone. I had no idea my mom was behind me and suddenly, she yelled for my brother. He looked and my mother pointed at my fore arm (new sh cuts) while angrily COMPLAINING about it. After literally a few seconds of scolding, they both went back to what they were doing and then I just kinda sat there with a blank face. Did she really just call me out to my brother and not give a shit after literally just a few seconds? It's 4pm now, and she still hasn't given a fuck. Like, what?!?!?!?! I don't even know why I'm surprised, this isn't the first time she's done it. And everytime I buy box cutters for noooo fucking reason, she never gives a fuck. I don't know if she's just ignorant and believes my lie that I cut with a fucking scissor. We don't even have a fucking usable scissor in this poor house hold, is she fucking serious? Does she even care anymore?
