What would you tell your younger self if they'd listen?

It's not hard to get up and no I'm not calling you lazy i know you get called that allot. I'm saying just get up. It's sounds stupid of me to say because it always "i can't!" You can you are in control of your own mind you control your body, you decide when to do something, you decide if you want to be "lazy" just go do it.
