Honestly, I just need to say this…

I think I'm an atheist😐. I grew up in a church, going with my mom every Sunday. I always hated going to church, it felt like a waste of time to me because I've never believed in God or his word and I still don't. I just don't think I have an interest in religion. I told my mom last night that I wanna quit church and she refused, telling me I can't live without prayer and the word of God and that I can't make those kind of decisions at my young age😭. And the thing is, i respect other people's beliefs and i would never tell anyone to stop believing what they want to but I'm not allowed to express my opinions about my non-belief. I just don't think I can get through to her but I can't change the way I feel about it. What should I do?
