What red flag did you ignore for too long?
I broke up with my ex around end of January after dating for almost a year. He wasn't that bad honestly, he was a sweetheart and bought me a lot of things, but we had a few problems, especially with communication. He was a little pushy too but wtv, thats not the point.
So he always liked to say things like "it's not all men" or something similar when I would tell him about the many reasons I don't trust men, which is crazy lmao. And when we first started dating, I told him about how I'd been sexually assaulted when I was a child, and the same happened with him kinda, BUT he said and I quote "they were just children themselves" to basically excuse them, which no, my assaulter was a teenager and so was his.
Another thing that icked me, dunno if it counts, is that he would tell everyone about his sister and the horrifying things that happened to her, to try and get advice on how to help her because she struggled with mental health. And I've actually told him countless times not to tell anyone because it was just not his place to tell but he didn't want to listen to me.
Anyways I don't think he had a lot of red flags, but he did have a lot of views I could not agree with
