Say the nice thing out loud, it costs nothing
You notice someone’s handwriting, or that they handled something well, or that you liked their jacket, and then you don’t say it — because it’s small, or it’d be odd.
Say it. It’s twelve words and it can genuinely change somebody’s afternoon. Almost nothing else has that ratio.
