I'm kind of pissed

This is something my gf always does and I really hate it. Whenever she gets mad at me over small stuff, she ends up ghosting me for days. Just last week, I had apparently done something to annoy her and of course with apologized and hoped atleast maybe she'd reply back in a day but here I am a few days later, I see her playing with her friends, talking to other people, and just ghosting me. Before I would still send messaged to her even if she was ignoring me but now? I don't want to because I'm just so mad. Why can't she just come out and speak to me? She always gets upset when I don't talk to her when I'm mad but all the sudden it's a different story for her? Ik if I tell her about this she'll get mad at me again. Idk what to do tbh, I really love her and I just wish she was like... Less like this
