I've been depressed since I was 13, the worst depression I had was at 17 when I cried almost everyday. I thought it wouldn't come back and that it was just a seasonal thing. I've been trying to tell my parents but it's always the same answer "why and how could you be depressed?". I cry, crash out against my will, and everything that sends them an alert that I'm not okay. They always use it against me. I always have to apologize. My depression got physical, I hurt myself. Instead of my mother comforting me, she got angry and confused as to what she did wrong. A truck could run me over and I wouldn't force myself to wake up. Right now, I'm looking after my younger sister. My mother and father didn't want me to get a job. My mother always comes home angry, my father barely caring. I cry everyday. I sleep late to have some peace for myself, my appetite has worn out. The degree I have was based on what my mother wanted. She told me she doesn't force me to get it but she constantly tells me to get that degree instead of what I wanted, to help her with finances. Right now I'm crying the night before my graduation, no one has congratulated me and my mother argued with me
