About him

So.. I have a boyfriend, we can say he's the nicest and sweetest ever. But yet.. sometimes it's very hard for me to make him understand what I wanted. Simple as that, yet it always cause a problem.. I wasn't the person to explain much of what I wanted and needed, with just simple awareness, it was actually easy to understand me. Yet he seems to never understand.. whether if he's not trying or not aware enough. Is there any suggestion on what should I do? I really want him.. or someone else to truly understand me without me having to explain everything :(
