Messing up.
Loving and caring for someone so deeply that losing them feels like death itself can't even console you, is the most painful way of love. I know it is. I'm aware that I'm being stupid for not letting go but what if she also hasn't forgiven me yet? Losing her was losing a part of my identity. I'd rather disappear without a trace than to live with the fact that I made her cry and I can't say sorry. Every inch of her I see is a stab, every second of her voice is a cut, and every memory is a dismemberment. Losing someone without clarity is and will always be my most painful experience ever, and I'm still not over it.
