So I've had one best friend since my first year in high school. She's stuck with me through everything and I'm greatful for all the times she's taken my side. I love her greatly but sometimes I feel like she treats me like I'm fragile. When she accidentally hits me or something, she apologizes immediately in a way I dont know how to describe, but it's like everytime she thinks she's broken me. Sure, she works out a lot and used to do kick boxing, and I'm not as strong as her, that doesn't mean I like it when she thinks like that. I have told her before that I can take care of myself and that I am not fragile, but she doesn't stop her habits. She does a lot more things that annoy me when it comes to the topic, so I just want her to stop and treat me like normal and far from fragile. I don't know how to further tell her that though:(
