My grandmore who is disabled physically, punched me hard in the gut after I "annoyed and distracted" her while she was playing tongits.

(this is going to be a background check for now, there's going to be a part two to continue the story since the confession has a text limit omd 😓) I live in what you would call a "toxic yet loving" family. I don't have a father, he left us ever since I turned 4 years old, I understand why he left whenever I got a glimpse or what my mother was telling him BUT that's besides the point. It's only ever been my Me, my Mother, and my Grandmother for as long as I remember. We do have some family members helping us or visiting every now and then to check up on us but it's gotten rarer the older I get. My M(other) and my G(randmother) loves me, I know that... Or maybe that's what I was forced to believe. I don't think my G loves me, and neither does she love my M. As expected from the older generations, they aren't well versed in the field of mental health—I've been invalidated multiple times throughout my years and I can even say that I've been abused verbally and emotionally by these two but of course I still love my M. Not my G. It was an exhausting day that day and it's been about 4 weeks since she punched me, been a long time yeah, but I still haven't forgotten about it... I rece—
