taking my life back?
hello everyone!
it's been about a month since i posted on here, so i guess i'll give you somewhat of an update on what's been going on.
13 month anniversary is coming up! (yes, my one year anniversary has already passed.) and i mean, other than that? nothing's changed. we got two new employees, i guess.
but also, a lot of our employees are leaving too. one is getting transferred to a new store this month, another is moving to live with her boyfriend in another town, and one is quitting as soon as her probation is up (which would actually lead to another employee leaving with her.)
i mean, i've been wanting to quit for forever, but now that one of my favorite shift leads (the employee that's transferring this month) is leaving, i'm thinking about leaving too. if i put in my two weeks notice maybe two days from now, i would be leaving around the same time she does!
her leaving wasn't the only reason for my leave, though. see, that employee that's leaving as soon as her probation is up will be going on vacation one of these days which would actually leave me with an employee that doesn't do anything (yes, she's the reason i started working on my resume again and she is also the lady that i said i had a rough shift with on my last post) and just thinking about working with her really stresses me out.
i mean should i do it though? write my two week notice while im working the graveyard shifts this weekend?
you wanna know something crazy though? i was actually gonna have saturday off and come in at 7am on sunday, but now im back to my graveyard shifts! ugh!!
could somebody help me write this though? this is my first job which would also make this my first two weeks notice..
thank you in advance and thank you for reading another one of my lengthy posts!
