Science Highschool struggles

I recently got in this competitive highschool, it is called a science highschool. if you dont know, a science highschool is a school in the Philippines where it is heavily competitive and more harder curriculum. When i started in this highschool, I find it very difficult, I find myself having sleep deprivation from group projects our teachers gave us in the very first week. Not only that they also gave us extra tests to find out if I will take remediation classes which is an extra 40 minute class you have to take every weekday. we start school at 6:30AM to 4:2PM.
