I was working all night(im night shift by the way work from home), my grandparents went to out to see their car that they rented out, i was left home alone, my parents are not with me by the way, in the middle i fell asleep due to exhaustion from work i slept 3 in the afternoon they arrived 4pm, they woke me up saying why am i lazing around sleeping all day, i felt a surge of anger but i need ro be respectful because they are older. What should i do? I don't want to be disrespectful? But i dont want to be misunderstood to be lazy
