my boyfriend. while it might sound silly, when my boyfriend and i started dating i found out that i was his first girlfriend so he didnt know how to act or what to do in a relationship, he wasnt very affectionate and often unintentionally made me upset. everyone told me to break up with him, ny dad even gave me a pep talk to help me figure out what to say (he doesnt like my boyfriend) but i didnt listen to anyone because i had this small voice in the back of my head telling me to give it time. so here we are over a year later, hes the sweetest boy ever and makes me feel like the most precious thing in the world, he often surprises me with little gifts and trinkets and is overall the best boyfriend and partner i could ever ask for. so i take that as a win and im proud i listened to myself
