I don't deserve it

A few months ago after finals week when I got my report card, my teacher told me I got first place in class. I was happy because throughout the exam everyone in my class cheated, everytime the teacher exited the class they all started walking to each other's desk and asking questions. I stayed still in my seat and answered each question as best as I could, which is why I'm so happy and proud of myself for getting first place. But when I told my parents both of them didn't believe it, and after more convincing they just told me I didn't desrve it instead. It hurts my feelings so bad and being first in class felt like nothing now.
