What to do

I have a bad home life and I know I need to move out at 16 my sisters have done it before but there's a problem I don't have as many friends as them I do have plans with friends but from how it's looking idk if we will be friends by the time the plans come to be my first place was to move in with a friend and her family the second plan is to run away with 2 friends both of this plan happen when I'm 16 but I have a dog that I will take with me and idk what plan to do if theses plans stay
