BOILING hot take: There are somethings people shouldn't allow and ignore just to be nice. For example, teaching your kid religion as a truth. As kids are growing and developing, we should be focus on teaching them fundamental values that will help them become a morally good person and balance their life. Religion mostly doesn't do that, it says a God exists and has rules that need to be followed. It may introduce good values, but they be taught in a better way. For me, we should teach our kids using other people as examples, not using rules that feel more required than right. You may argue that I'm watering down the meaning of religion, but I'm saying it this way because that's the concept of most religions I know. This is my opinion, feel free to share yours :3
