I'm new so, hi! 🫂 Idk, I've just really been having trouble making friends with the opposite sex lately. It's not really because I'm afraid of them or anything, I just find it really awkward to talk to them (kind of like they're another species or something 😭🙏) It's strange... Back when I was in elementary I actually preferred hanging out with the opposite sex. Right now though, I'm much more comfortable talking to a stranger who's a woman than a stranger who's a man, and I really want to change that side of me. 🥹 I also feel bad sometimes because I can't actually hold a proper conversation with a guy even if it's a guy I like or a guy i've known for a longe time. 😭🙏 Maybe this is a mindset thing? I feel a lot more self-conscious when I'm around the opposite sex—no matter how easy they are to talk to—and I just naturally feel more comfortable talking with the people who are the same sex as me. Do you guys have any tips for me you'd like to share? 😔
