AITAH FOR REJECTING MY CHILDHOOD FRIEND?

Hi. I'm Rei, currently in high school bcoz I'm young. I have a childhood friend named Erin (false name) who I've known since I was 9, and have been close friends since. For the past 8 years, I stupidly believed he was gay because he seemed really intimate with another guy friend name Cyrus (Also false name) We were all in a pretty big friend group of at least 5 people, and recently, we've had a new addition to us. A boy named Jack (false name again), which now made us 6. Despite all being friends we all had duos pretty much, and since we all had a duo already, I kind of welcomed Jack to the group by hanging with him a lot more, and it was favorable for me since I was everyone's friend but no ones bestie. Anyways, I've started feeling some lovey dovey things around Jack, and my friends have started noticing, especially Erin. I didn't notice at first at how hostile he treated Jack after I started showing romantic interest, but my friends noticed, so our group became slightly tense. Just last week, Jack finally admitted his feelings for me, and I haven't answered him yet because I like another, separate boy who we will name Marcus. My friend group caught wind of Jack confessing, and Erin immediately stopped me after church one day and acted really crazy and jealous? And he confessed to me in a really forceful way. In the first place, I only saw him as a friend, and had no intention for a romantic relationship. Yet after I rejected him, our friend group has turned more hostile towards Jack and even my other friends have started encouraging me to date Erin instead. Idk, maybe because of their encouragement, I've started second guessing my decision even though I don't like Erin because I'd much rather have my friend group back to normal... Just wondering what I should do since I can't talk to anyone else about this.😢
