I'm not surprised anymore
My dad died last year and that's when my life fell apart. I had to live in Manila and continue my education with the help of my aunt, my mama's sister. After a few months, staying in their house, I quickly found out about some dramas, lores and craziness that both side of my families has. My father's side, specifically my step siblings told me that they were jealous that my papa took care of me unlike them, my papa mostly wasn't around because of him being a police at that time and it needed constant atteI understand that, I knew my papa was strict. I knew his temper and outbursts. He wasn't the best husband but he was my papa and he tried to be the best father for me. My mama and I were never close and constantly fight whenever she's home but she loves me and I love her.
Long story short:
My aunt, which is my mama's sister; hates me.
Why? I don't know. Maybe it's my personality or/and my face. I do have a resting bitch face. She wishes I go to the province for vacation, and wish to kick me out soon. While, my uncle complains about me too and they both slowly hates me. I know they'll manipulate their kid to hate me too. I'm no fool. I don't understand like, you promise my dying papa that you would handle me and my mama before he died. But you're acting so different to your promise? Yes, I hate everyone now. ALSO, they didn't told me this, they told it to my other aunt then told me about it. My other aunt, who I'll call A in this post. Aunt A told me about how my aunt wishes to kick me out, etc. and my uncle complains about me.
After my papa died, my families harsh words don't hurt anymore. The pain I felt losing my papa was ten times worst. So, their words don't effect me no more.
I'm not a kid, I know that and I was so naive to think that family matters.
