forgot my password to my old phone

IM DEVASTATEDD it had so much stuff i wanted to keep. I didn't write my password anywhere. I asked one of my friends who used to open my phone for fun but she doesn't even remember the password to her own device. my photos omfg my notes app especially. i had dream diaries in there and so many rants and diaries i liked looking back on. my sacred scriptures ajsksjsks 💔💔💔💔 if I factory reset then it's like everything never mattered I've tried some possible combinations but now it's lock times had gone to 1 minute. I'm scared I'll lock it forever and never get access to the inside but it doesn't make a difference if I just leave it unopened for the rest of time. this is so cringe. is there a way for me to surgically grab the data from the phones hardware?? ugh
