I'm gay and don't know how to tell my parents

I'm a 12-year-old boy and I am gay but I don't know how to tell my parents that. I'm looking advice if I should tell them now or in the next 20 year. My mom is not homo but my dad is a little anyways I'm scared to tell them. Should I tell them or should I not if yea how?
