Was I assaulted by my boifriend of two years?

This is gonna be a long story somewhat summarised. I was in a "relationship" with a guy that I met on tinder in my last year of highschool. It was a rough two years as I was broken up with 5 times by this guy. That should have been my red flag to be done, but my heart couldn't dare to just cut ties when I know he has abandonment issues. I hate that I can say I was the "I can change him" guy, but I was and in a way I did change him, just not for us. It was Christmas night that he slept over at my place. At this point I already had the last straw with him and broke up with him a couple weeks before, but because of said abandonment issues he was now trying everything to win me back, including doing all the things I wanted to do when we were together, but at the time he couldn't bring himself to be vulnerable around me. He knew exactly how to pull at my heart. He made me ugly cry when he randomly just put a song on and started slow dancing with me. Long story short, at nightfall things got a bit spicy. I kinda played into it, just making out with him, but he pressured me into getting undressed with him. I reluctantly gave in on the condition that there was no penetrative sex involved. The next thing I knew I was face down on my bed with him on my back. I told him to stop at least 6 times, but he didn't listen. I didn't want to talk any louder in fear of waking up anyone in the house, but at the same time I was so scared. This was the person I trusted and loved and now they were just using me. I cut ties with him soon after and was gifted with over 27 calls while I was at work. I just ignored them and blocked his number, only for him to use his mother's phone to call me instead. After blocking her number I got texts over different platforms. After all the crazy texts and calls I got regular emails from them which is next level psychotic. In the emails were scanned pages of their journal explaining how they attempted to take their life because of me, but survived. To this day I don't see myself the same, nor any person I loved. I don't even use that word anymore because I'm scared of getting that close to people again only for them to hurt me. Am I overreacting? Part of me feels like I am, but another part sees severity in the issue.
