People keep thinking I'm the victim even though I'm horrible.

I bullied someone in middle school for like 3-4 years, I used them for money, punch and kick them for fun and made their reputation go very bad. I almost made them end their life, but despite all of my actions I didn't get punished or any consequences, it's because I was playing as the victim and I'm a girl in a country that always thinks girls are always right. Rn I'm in highschool and i regreted all my choices, I tried confessed it to my family but they wouldn't believe me and they twisted the truth and spread some bs around the school. Saying that I was the victim and that person was bullying me, even though it was the otherway around. I wanna tell the teacher about my doings in the past but I'm scared that if I confessed the truth, they'll think the opposite because of the rumours and in the past I've always made troubles and blame it on somebody else And now i I feel guilty because it's an endless torture for them even though they don't do anything bad at all. all they got was bullied by me and got bad reputation because of me (I bullied them infront of everyone btw) I don't really know why they still think I'm the victim of the bullying thing even though they did nothing at all, I'm not that poor, not a special kid nor a victim. I'm just a horrible person that doesn't have any consequences happen to me. Note:sorry if my English sounded weird, it's not my first language and Im frustrated of myself and please don't make me or think of me as a victim.
